Aquatic Classes: (all individuals must be able to get in and out of the pool independently!)

Deep H20: is exercise done in 10 foot water, working on range of motion as well as strength.For all fitness levels buttargets seniors, arthritics, fibromyalgia clients, and expectant mothers.

Deep H20 Advanced:  is exercise done in 10 foot water, working on range of motion as well as strength and cardiovascular fitness.  This class is designed for all levels but targets more advanced exercisers.

Deep 2 Shallow Mix:  work on cardio and tonign exercises while moving from the shallow to the deep water.  For all fitness levels.

Easy Does It/Powerwaves: is a cardio class which gives you the option of a low to almost no impact workout which is light to moderate intensity.If you are on the advanced level you will be given options for power moves to increase intensity levels.Class is in 4 foot water and targets beginners to advanced participants.May also include toning exercises using various equipment.

Toning: is a strengthening and conditioning class done in 4 foot water, consisting of overall body resistance exercises.Targeted for all fitness levels.

20-20-20: is a class with variety, 20 min deep water cardio using noodles as floatation device along with webbed gloves for upper body resistance, 20 min of cardio in shallow, and 20 min of toning using various equipment.Targeted for all fitness levels.

30-30: 30 minutes of shallow water cardio and 30 minutes of deep water cardio and strength.This class usesflotation devices with a variety of resistance tools fordeep water work and is for all fitness levels.

Land Classes:  (please bring your water bottle to classes)

Back to Basics:  get back on track with basic cardio and toning exercises.  This class incorporate all fitness components while using a variety of equipment.  Class designed for all fitness levels.

Ball & Stretch: is 30 minutes of total body resistance training exercises all performed using the exercise ball - great for core muscle and balance training as well. Followed by 30 minutes of an overall body stretching routine that is designed to incorporate all major muscle groups.  All levels are welcome!

Balls of Fun:  come in for a stability ball workout that will range from strengthening and cardio to Pilates and stretching.  This class is sure to be fun, motivating and challenging.  All levels welcome

Body Basics:  a class designed to tone, trim and sculpt.  The class incorporates the use of calisthenic, Pilates, stretching and ballet type exercises to promote core strength, balance and flexibility.  No equipment required, targeted for all fitness levels.

Body Sculpt:  is a class designed to tone, trim and sclupt.  Decrease inches while working on full body toning - designed for all fitness levels.

DRUMMING!:  have some fun, burn some calories, tone some muscles...get it all with DRUMMING!  The class uses the exercise balls as "drums" along with drum sticks to move through a high energy, low impact cardio workout.  No drumming experience needed!

Low Impact Aerobics: is the perfect class for beginner to intermediate level of fitness.The beginning of the class incorporates easy to follow moves to increase your cardiovascular fitness.The second segment tones and defines muscles using various equipment, and the last segment - stretching.For beginner/intermediate levels.

Low Impact + Strength: are cardio segments alternating with strength training intervals using a variety of resistance devices.Guaranteed to be packed with variety and fun!For all fitness levels.

Pilates Mat Class: is a specialized class designed for overall strengthening and flexibility which uses a series of postures executed on mats.Increases oxygen intake and improves postural misalignments.Bring your own mats.For all fitness levels.

Pump & Power:  pump up your workout with a power packed hour of toning/strengthening exercise combined with cardio segments.  Alls exercisers are welcome.

SilverSneakers� MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT: Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Bring your water bottles, wear comfortable clothing and wear shoes with good lateral support and cushioning.

Step & Sculpt:  step aerobics is back!  Get a cardio workout ont the step and toning/sculpting work using a variety of resistance equipment.  Targets advanced & intermediate exercisers.

Stretch & Relaxation: is an overall body stretching routine that is designed to incorporate all major muscle groups.The soothing atmosphere of the classwill help to relax your mind as well.For all fitness levels.

Turbo Tone:  designed to give an advanced toning, strengthening and sculpting workout!  This full body workout will target all muscle groups with extra emphasis being placed on core strength.  Desinged for all fitness levels - primarily intermediate to advanced.

Yoga: is a an ancient form of movement promoting balance, flexibility, strength & relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques.Bring your own mat.For all fitness levels.
